All corrections are listed on Change Note document.

3. EFFECTS ON END-USER

The main effects are more detailed in next chapter. Those are improving end-user experience basically in all functional area

• Improved set-up success rate• Better service availability (Cell availability, BTS and unit stability)• Better retainability• Better HSPA service• Improved operability for a operator

NOTE:

During the pilot were noticed HSPA accessibility failures due to BTS in heavyloaded 4+4+4 configuration sites.

The customers who have 4/4/4 configuration deployments should take thecoming release WN6.0 MP4.21, which will have correction for this problem .

5.1 Cell availability

Main corrections:• Alarm "no connection to unit, WPA" causes site out of service after restart

5.2 HSPA

Main corrections for HSPA:• Alarm “Not enough resources” for commissioned HSUPA

5.3 Stability

Main stability corrections:• Sudden loss of channel elements on UltraSite after Iub break

6. PILOTING

6.1 Pilot area

Total amount of sites was 231 in the pilot area.

• Flexi Rel1 : 2• Flexi Rel2: 212• UltraSites : 17

6.2 Pilot period

First live sites upgrade was done January 19 th and performance follow-up done was done untilthe release date.

6.3 Pilot results

The KPIs remained on a good level after 2 nd pilot SW upgrade February 12 th. The performancewas at least on the same level as with reference SW, WN6.0 MP3.22.

Some improvements were visible:

• Serving Cell Change (SCC) failures due to BTS decreased• HSDPA/HSUPA radio link failures decreased• HSUPA PS radio link failures decreased

However, during the pilot were noticed HSPA accessibility failures due to BTS in heavy loaded4+4+4 configuration sites.

The 4/4/4 configuration correction will be made to WN6.0 MP4.21 SW.

The customers who have 4/4/4 configuration deployments should take MP4.21 SW.
