DESCRIPTION

The brief was to create an identity for the building Hypercube, that in the nearest future will be a centre of the education, business, art and crafts in Russia. It is very ambitious project of the 4th dimension architecture. Hypercube is a building that communicates to its visitors, it has video walls and interactive panels. My solution is a very light, absolutely transparent identity, based on a logo that has energy inside because of association with electrical network and at the same time it is a frame for everything that you want to do. Hypercube in my identity is a base, and only visitors and users decide how to fill it.

Electical net is a complex system full if different elents that are part of the same mechanism. They all have their personal needs and they have a flexible order. Just like elements of Hybercube. As the network it is full of energy.

At the same time, the logotype is a frame. Frame for new science, events, capital of the city, new people. It is for you to decide what you will put in a frame.

Hypercube typography is a conbination of hard digital view and charming beauty of small elements that reflects life in it.

All elements and particular typefaces are made for the certain cases.

HYPERCUBE IS MULTI-DIMENTIONAL AND FLEXIBLE.

Here are samples of combitation the logotype with all spheres of interest of the HYPER-CUBE.It can be used for any media - from poster

till navigation in the building, shape is very flexible and can be a nice frame for any imagery.

HYPERCUBE

Hypercube is window to some other worls, that is part of ours. It is a reflection to real life and still it is indepented society.

It is similar to traveling through time - the world in just the same, but something is dif-fent.

Personal business cards are very light and based just a person who is actually a part of the Building.

The graph of the n-hypercube’s edges is isomorphic to the Hasse diagram of the (n-1)-simplex’s face lattice. This can be seen by orienting the n-hypercube so that two opposite vertices lie vertically, corresponding to the (n-1)-simplex itself and the null polytope, respectively. Each vertex connected to the top vertex then uniquely maps to one of the (n-1)-simplex’s facets (n-2 faces), and each vertex connected to those vertices maps to one of the simplex’s n-3 faces, and so forth, and the vertices connected to the bottom vertex map to the simplex’s vertices.

This relation may be used to generate the face lattice of an (n-1)-simplex efficiently, since face lattice enumeration algorithms applicable to general polytopes are more computationally expensive. The graph of the n-hypercube’s edges is isomorphic to the Hasse diagram of the (n-1)-simplex’s face lattice. HYPERCUBE IMAGE IS CLEAR AND ABSOLUTELY TRANSPARENT

This design reflects the idea of very clear relation ships between Hypercube and its visitors. We are confident and sure about what we are talking about and pay atten-

tion to details. We undestand what it in the priority fot the visitor, to the Person that we are talking to.

Even mail envelops can be made in such way to express the transpendency effect.

HYPERCUBE IS A PLATFORM FOR MEETINGS AND EVENTS.

Poster design is made for several cases - to announce new events, to promote the CUBE in the net, to print them in promotion rea-sons.

Design is made by inspiration with the whole identity - it shows the unique style of the building, that it is frame for any ele-ments that we need at the moment - start-ing from the lecture announsment till great Christmas party.

Layout of the poster reflects several requi-ments - to show the date, time, titles and also all supporting information - sponsors, ticket prices and so on.
