To ensure you have the best learning experience, please use the equipment that meets the following requirements

Since there may be network restrictions in the company's internal network, it is recommended to use external network to access/learning

• Processing: 1.2G MHz +

• RAM：2G+

• R.P.：above 1280x1024px, the display is above16 bit color

• Network speed: Under the condition of 1v1 continuous wheat,

the upstream and downstream bandwidths each reach more than

2Mbps, and the higher the number of continuous wheat, the

higher the bandwidth requirements

• Broadband ：256 kbps+

• Network delay：300 millisecond-

• The firewall should open TCP 80 and 443, *. hiclc.com,

*.clouddn.com

• Operating system: Windows XP or above and MAC OS

• Audio and video equipment: with camera and microphone

Confirm the agreement

User has to viewing user agreement to activate the button of next step, which jumps to the privacy protection agreement.

After viewing privacy protection agreement, user can choose agree or disagree. If click agree button, then the page will jump to log in page. Otherwise, the page will leave in the registration page and fail to sign in.

New users login for the first time

User first login

The user clicks the login box to remind the user that the initial

password needs to be changed. The user must log in to the system

after successfully changing the initial password.

Enter the page to modify the initial password, enter

the initial password and the new password, the

rules between the two are as follows:

1. The initial password and the new password cannot be

the same

2. Password digits must be greater than 6 digits

After submission, the system will prompt that the

password has been changed, please log in again,

then jump to the login page

Users activate mailbox(if have) when first login

If the mailbox is configured in the imported or newly added user, the

mailbox needs to be activated when logging in for the first time, as

shown above, if you do not receive the email, you can click the button

to resend the activation email, and then click the link in the activation

email to the bound mailbox Activation succeeded

Self-registered user activation mailbox

To register with the system, the first step is

to fill in the mailbox number, click the

activate mailbox button, the mailbox will

receive an activation email, enter the

verification code in the activation email, fill

in their own relevant information, agree to

the user agreement and privacy policy Then

you can register successfully

Self-registered users do not need to change

the initial password
