to visit the library in order to prepare a research for another subject and I

have to meet my team to discuss our science project. All of these

activities , discussions and thoughts are in need to be thought of, planned

and to be enforced as well.

In the early morning , before doing anything, you have to prepare

yourself by taking 30 minutes to eat your breakfast and relax. Later, you

have to revise your today tasks and to plan your time-plan for the day.

while you are performing your daily life , you will feel self-confidence,

even you will feel that you are ready for any interruption events that you

didn't plan for , and the free hours as well need to be organized .

According to the time plan of the day, you should bear in your mind the

time needed for each task to be done so you can prioritize your tasks

based on their importance and the time needed to be accomplished.

Now it is time to do your task, start with the most important one,

concentrate and don't loss focus. Move to the next one and then to the

next until the completion all of your tasks and reaching to the final task of

the day , which is managing tomorrow's list of tasks. And so the rest of

    the week has to be.

You have to focus on specific time to perform your tasks in, especially ,

the time you are productive at and to give each task 45 minutes to be

completed, then followed with a 10 minutes break. Besides giving

yourself a time goal to complete your tasks in.

Of course , you shouldn't forget about the fun time, as well as, the

sleeping time, which is so important to charge your energy for the next

    task day.
