Week #1: Tour development

Discuss your options with your Euro-Sportring agent and with the help of your brochure and/or website select:

•The dates for your group's travel

•The tournaments and destinations you want to visit

•Request detailed proposals from Euro-Sportring

Contact your group to arrange MEETING 1/tour introduction – we recommend one week before the receipt of your tour programs

Week #2: MEETING 1 – Tour introduction.

Suggested Agenda:

•Provide your group with the tour options (with copies for each person), and the participant costs•Share information about your preferred locations and/or tournaments in Europe•Make a tentative list of participants for players (with age) and boosters•Discuss ideas for fund raisers. departure. - Another 2 payments of 25% will be planned between the 1st and last
