COURSE DESCRIPTION

The Certificate II in Kitchen Operations covers the basic skills required in

food preparation and equipment handling. Develop your cookery skills and

learn the fundamentals in procedures, foods safety and hygiene. Gain first

hand experience from our experienced educators in our state of the art on-

campus commercial kitchen and bar.

On successful completion of this qualification you

can commence into a commercial cookery course

COURSE DESCRIPTIONThe Certificate III in Commercial Cookery covers a wide range of well-

developed cookery skills and sound knowledge of kitchen operations to

prepare food and menu items. This course provides a strong understanding

of current international industry standards and skills students with a wide

range of cookery skills. In addition to studying theoretical components,

students experience hands-on practical tasks in a commercial kitchen with

Gain practical in-flight experience and simulator training required to pave your way to a rewarding career as a drone pilot.

COURSE DESCRIPTIONThe Certificate III in Aviation is relevant to individuals operating remotely

piloted aircraft systems (RPAS) within visual line of sight (VLOS), below

400 feet above ground level (AGL), in day visual meteorological conditions

(VMC), outside of controlled airspace, greater than their nautical miles

from an aerodrome, outside of populous areas. This qualification is suitable

for students pursuing an aeronautical or aviation profession and require

formal training in the correct flying techniques and operations of drones.

Upon successful completion of the Certificate III in Aviation (Remote Pilot – Visual Line of Sight), students will be eligible to sit for their external CASA license. The Certificate III in Aviation (Remote Pilot – Visual Line of Sight) is a foundation course for further studies as it forms some of the requirements for certification by the Civil Aviation Safety Authority (CASA) as described in Civil Aviation Safety Regulation (CASR) Part 101 Division 101.F.3—Certification of UAV controllers.
