General information Located in the Oasis City of Al Ain, Hili Fun City, is a classic and traditional family amusement park, offering unlimited access to more than 30 attractions:

- 12 gentle rides for the little ones - 16 family fun rides & roller-coasters - 3 thrilling rides for teenagers.

Live shows are available at the 1400 seats open-air amphitheatre, where visitors can enjoy Gulf singers, Yola dancing, clown, magician and more. Visitors can also relax in the beautifully landscaped gardens with designated BBQ areas, which are ideal for family picnics. History of The Park In 1985: The amusement park was built and it was the first of its kind, as it was often referred to be the “Disneyland of the Gulf”, drawing visitors from across the region, the Emirates and neighbouring Oman. In1987: The park expanded with the opening of its Olympic-size ice rink. - Hili Fun City reached a peak of 34 attractions in the mid 1990s.

In July 2009: TDIC was appointed to upgrade the park as part of a two-phase redevelopment: Work on phase 1A lasted just over 3 months and the park re-opened in November 2009 with 21 attractions entirely renovated and the addition of 7 new rides. - The 7 new attractions that were introduced in November 2009 are for kids: Circus Swing,

Circus Train, Crazy Clown & Jumping Star, and for families: Hili Swinger, Light House & Twister Mountain

- The following attractions were also fully renovated and are presenting today a complete new and exciting experience: Crazy Marina, 3D Action Cinema, Sinbad Farm and Sinbad Cruise.

HILI FUN CITY In September 2010: TDIC became the Operator of Hili Fun City Park & Ice Rink. - Transformation of phase 1 B started in January 2010 and was complete by November 2010. It

included additional landscaping improvements, as well as work on the parking lot.

- Also new skill games, remote control dhow boats and decorative elements at the following attractions: Circus Train, Sinbad’s Farm and Safari, have been installed in the park.

In 2012: New “migrating water birds” landed on “Sinbad Cruise” attraction to replace the old pedal boats, and new colorful kids’ playgrounds were installed in the park. In 2013: As part of the management’s efforts to improve our services and to guarantee the future enjoyment of our visitors, we are currently renovating our Olympic size ice rink and we hope to reopen it by mid-August 2013. An Eco-Friendly Park - To ensure the environmental sustainability of the park, more than 250 palm trees and 30,000

plants have been planted during renovation of the park.

- Irrigation of all green areas is now undertaken through the use of methods that conserve water.

- More than 5000 m2 of artificial grass has been installed in the park to decrease consumption of irrigation water.

- Recycling bins for glass, cans and plastics have been introduced to encourage visitors to recycle waste.

- The popular antic cars have been replaced with new environmentally friendly electrical tractors at Sindbad Farm, and new electrical bumper boats have also been introduced at Crazy Marina.

- More than 200 park benches and 20 picnic tables, made of 100 % recycled plastic from the UAE, have been installed in the park.

- Existing lighting has been replaced by LED lamps, which consume less electricity.

- The new freezing system at the Ice Rink is being installed to comply with UAE eco-friendly standards and accordingly it will decrease our carbon footprint.

- The park is being constantly renovated and upgraded to remain fully compliant with international health, safety & environmental regulations.

HILI FUN CITY Park Attendance The yearly attendance for the park is around 300,000 happy visitors. Winter months are busier, especially during public holidays like Eid Al Fitr or Eid Al Adha, and also school vacation periods. In 2012 we had an overall guest satisfaction level of 98%: 26% extremely satisfied, 41% very satisfied, 24% satisfied and 7% fairly satisfied guests. Our visitors come from different regions around the country:

- 35% from Al Ain - 19% from Oman - 15% from Abu Dhabi - 15% from Dubai - 14% other nationalities - 2% tourists

Hili Fun City offers great discounts for school groups at 25 AED per student and free entrance for teacher & bus driver. Annual Passes are also available and visitors can now enjoy a full year of fun, with unlimited access to numerous and exciting attractions, that will please the entire family including 3D action cinema and live shows at the amphitheater.
