$ 153.48 $ 1.172

Monthly minimum: the amount that turns out to apply 10 times the charge per kilowatt of maximum demand.The maximum demand measure is determined every month by measuring instruments, which indicate the medium demand in kilowatts during any period of 15 minutes in which power consumption is higher than at any other interval of 15 minutes in the period. - Any fraction of kilowatt from the maximum demand measurement will be taken as full kilowatt. When the maximum demand exceeds 100 kilowatts, the user must request the supplier his incorporation to the HM rate; Otherwise, the third consecutive month that exceeds the demand of 100 kilowatts, the supplier will automatically reclassify therate as HM, notifying the user. There is a charge to cover this fee increase, which will be updated each month.

Besides, the downtown area is very safe and has a lot of recreational offers every day of the week.Also, eco-tourism activities are available in the area, and a lot of small cities and towns are very close to the city, such as Bernal, which has been declared a “Magical Town” by the Tourism Mexican Ministry, and Tequisquiapan, that is a wine producer town with tours available through the wine cellars, and activities such as parachute and air-balloon tours. Several places from the State (Including downtown) have been declared by the UNESCO as Human Patrimony, because of the history and architecture in this area.
