Inspired by my childhood memories of floating in the Caribbean Sea, watching fisherman and landsharks walk up and down the beach in swim trunks and oversized fishnet tank tops- no office, no shoes- just salt, waves, and relentless sun.

The relaxed knit and soft 100% cotton of these summer sweaters elicits that fleeting moment of bliss when the sun is setting, your skin and hair are crispy and the day’s heat lingers well into the night- that moment when you wouldn’t trade anything for being here.

Working locally within the region of central Mexico where my family lives, I employ family businesses- bridging a language gap with lots of hand gestures and the common theme of creating. This is not only production, but a relationship with people who understand doing what you know, what you love, with a lot of integrity, a hint nostalgia, and a mutual appreciation for where things come from.

here. allows the complexity to rest in the grace of the story. Stories which remind us that on our most basic level, our instinct is to make marks, create symbols of time and place for those around us and for people who will come long after we have gone. We turn our lights down and we create as a way to tell whoever is listening- I was here.
