Hello there. My name is Jorge Lorenzo and I am a native spanish speaker and a non native english speaker (fluent in English). I am from Venezuela-Caracas. I've got a bachelor's degree in language teaching and a Master's degree in Reading and Writing. At the moment, I am getting a Phd in Literature. I have a strong passion for literature. I am certified as English and Spanish translation. I love translating novels, short stories and some poetry. I need to highlight the fact I take a little time translating because I don't work with any software. First, I read the novel just to get the whole picture. It is quite important for me to understand the writer's style, the plot; the images he/she wants to evoke in the reader's mind. Once I have captured the writer's intention, I beging translating into the target language. I love when I see a translation that leaves the same feeling when you read it in its native language originally. I hope you can consider me for this translation. thanks. Sincerely Jorge Lorenzo
