!  Food and drinks: Drink only bottled water, wash hands regularly. Eat freshly prepared foods only;

!  Heat and dehydration: Protect yourself from the sun. Drink water regularly. Use sun-blocker with high factor;

!  Malaria: -  long sleeves, trousers and closed shoes between sunset and

sunrise; -  Report symptoms like head-aches, joint pains, fever to a physician

when you are back home, indicate that you have been to a malaria area;

-  Get tested when you have symptoms!

!  Identification: have your passport (or a copy) with you at all times. Cooperate and be polite with police;

!  Personal safety: do not display valuables when walking or in the car. When confronted, part with valuables without resistance.

!  Terrorism: Mozambique does not have any terrorism threats. Armed attacks have been experienced related to political unrest, but not around Nacala;
