STEVE GRADMAN Senior Vice President of Marketing Since October 2017 Steve oversees the Marketing team for both Business to Business and Business to Consumer projects and efforts. He collaborates with Sales, Account Management and other Accel teams to ensure the Marketing department is helping fulfill the company’s goals. He also creates and implements the Marketing team’s goals and ensures everyone is performing as optimally as possible. AMBER WILLS Senior Director of Marketing Since October 2014 Reports to Steve Gradman Amber creates, develops and executes the overall Marketing Department Strategy on the Business to Business side. She collaborates regularly with the Sales, Account Management, Strategic Sales and Lead Gen teams on requests for the Marketing team. Requests include standard, co-op, standard custom size, AEPlayer TV and promotional giveaways. She also helps develop, train and mentor the internal marketing team. JENIFER (JEN) WHITE Director of Marketing New Business and Special Projects Since April 2018 Reports to Amber Wills Jen creates, develops and executes the overall Marketing Department Strategy as it relates to new business acquisitions, Corporate and Strategic accounts, conventions and special projects. As part of this effort, Jen oversees Sweepstakes, Tradeshows, Conferences and Networking Events. She helps develop an environment of accountability for the Marketing team. EMILY KIGER Marketing Manager Since March 2018 Reports to Amber Wills Emily works closely with Accel’s Relationship Managers and Business Development Managers to provide our locations with marketing tools to help promote Accel and video gaming. Emily manages the Brand Ambassador program whose main focus is to support Accel’s sweepstakes by hosting events at our locations to encourage and help our players enter and participate. WILLIAM (WILL) SHARP Marketing Manager Since April 2018 Reports to Jenifer White Will helps manage all aspects of Accel’s sweepstakes program including collateral creation, prize scheduling, event planning and outbound marketing. Will also helps manage the RoboRewards backend software for the Million Dollar Giveaway and is the main point of contact for questions regarding both the entry tablets and the AE Player mobile app. ALEX (LEX) BOLL Marketing Manager Since March 2017 Reports to Jenifer White Lex is responsible for tradeshows and special events for Accel, focusing on brand presence, expansion and return- on-investment. He also handles the collateral for Accel’s Illinois Darts leagues across the state. Lex is also a member of the Accel Fitness Committee to help plan health-related goals for the company. Scott is responsible for many projects as a Graphic Designer here at Accel. Some of these projects include creating new graphics for our website, designing and resizing banners, window and wall decals. He also assists in the creation of 3D Sketchup Presentations for new potential clients.

Miranda works on a wide variety of projects in her role as a graphic designer. She helps create and design custom banners, window decals, and wall decals along with a variety of other standard artwork projects that help promote gaming within out establishments. She also assists in created blog images for the digital team to use on our website as well as help create Sketchup Presentations to support our BDM team.

As a Field Marketing with Accel, Travis is responsible for analyzing and reviewing on and offsite Marketing with our location owners to maximize traffic into their establishment. He also aids in creating short- and long-term Marketing plans per location while tracking and assessing ROI of Marketing Strategies and adjusting them accordingly. Travis also helps with Accel’s current sweepstakes initiatives by supporting our locations and Relationship Managers with the setup and implementation at each of our locations.

GIGI JOHNClient Relations & Marketing SpecialistSince December 2015Reports to Amber Wills

Gigi works closely with account owners to oversee, plan and execute all external advertising initiatives for locations that were Fair Share Gaming prior to merging with Accel, including direct mailing advertisements, billboards and social media. She also maintains all on-site marketing at locations including banners, signage, sweepstakes and ensuring all on-site marketing materials are up-to-date, neat and visible to customers.

MARIAH LINKMarketing CoordinatorSince May 2019Reports to Trisha Madura

Mariah helps execute co-op, standard custom size and promotional giveaways requests for Accel’s Relationship Managers and Business Development Managers. She also helps coordinate all standard custom size install requests.

CALLAHAN (CALI) KLEINMarketing CoordinatorSince October 2019Reports to Trisha Madura

Cali helps create and execute a variety of projects for our locations including Co-Op Promotional Giveaways and Standard Custom Size Requests. She also helps support our RM and BDM teams by assisting in the growth of Accel’s municipality marketing program as well as helping launch and run Accel’s sports betting platform AE.Bet.

KATHERINE (KATIE) RADADigital Marketing CoordinatorSince September 2018Reports to Amber Wills

Katie manages all Accel social media accounts and runs digital ads to help build those accounts and drive traffic to our websites. She helps partner locations by creating seasonal graphics downloads, performing digital assessments and interacting with customers through social media. Katie also works on email marketing and direct mailer campaigns and assists in all other digital efforts.

VINCE GLAVIANOMarketing CoordinatorSince May 2018Reports to Trisha Madura

Vince works with Accel’s Relationship Managers and Business Development Managers to execute co-op and standard size marketing requests, including promotional giveaways, AEPlayer TV and more. He also assists in the install preparation and coordinates sales presentations for prospective Accel locations.

Lea is responsible for many projects as a Graphic Designer, including graphics for Accel’s websites and designing banners, wall decals, window decals and other standard artwork for new business and existing clients. Isabelle is responsible for the management of Accel’s Winning Ticket Blog. She also helps partner establishments by writing location features for the website. Isabelle updates Accel’s websites and works on email and SMS marketing campaigns to stay in contact with establishments and players. Isabelle also helps create direct mailers and other downloadable content for the web.

Emily works with the Sweepstakes and Tradeshow/Conference teams to increase brand awareness, build customer loyalty and help Accel grow into new markets. She also assists with strategizing, organizing, building and executing integrated regional and location-specific campaigns.

PAIGE HOLLYMarketing Ambassador CoordinatorSince June 2019Reports to Emily Kiger

Paige works closely with Accel’s Brand Ambassador Team to help execute marketing initiatives like setting up and monitoring our current giveaway. She also coordinates and schedules upcoming Brand Ambassador Events at our establishments that support our current giveaway. Paige is also responsible for tracking entry data before and after a Brad Ambassador Event so we can measure the success of event.
