Elemente Designer Homes was incorporated in the year 2008 in

Deval Chour RampurRoad Haldwani Nainital Uttrakhand,India,

by a group of experienced professionals from the field of design and

construction with a motive to provide green and fast track

construction technology across India covering all types of

building solutions.

Elemente Designer Homes Light Gauge Steel Frame and Hybrid

Construction Technology is powered by FrameCAD System which is

rapid construction system using cold rolled galvanised steel sections

which allows us to design and build strong, durable Steel frame driving

points of LGFS Technology.

Elemente Homes is pioneer in introducing light gauge steel framing technology

as modular building technology with a young and enterprising team consisting of

architects, designers and engineers.

It provides you complete modular building solutions .

The major advantages of this system are speed of construction, conforming to building

norms and beautiful finish of the buildings inside and out.

To bring to India modular building technology with steel framing using the latest

We are associated with Framecad who is our technology partner and also the pioneer in

LGSF(Light gauge steel framing)technology globally, for their Indian activities and

organizes regular expo and training sessions for educating and creating more

awareness .

To promote the light steel framing system similar to systems used for buildings in

countries like US, Canada, UK, Australia etc.

construction steel construction entails the assembly of semi finished products in a

– We have an in-house team of architects and engineers who will un-

derstand your requirements and accordingly produce the most cost –

effective design solution on CAD then transferred into our Design

Software.

– Designing the steel framing:- The Building’s framing is Designed in

our custom software and fed to our machine for production.

– Production of steel framing:- The Automated Roll forming Machine

produces steel framing based on the software design, The machine

also makes service holes, fasteners holes, swags and notches based

on the Design.

– Assembly:- All components produced by the machine are assembled

together to form panels , trusses and joists. This process can either

take place at the factory or at the building site based on project re-

quirement.

– Building Construction:- At the building site the panels and trusses

are assembled together to create the building structure. After the

framing is complete the wall panels and roofing installed and the rest

of the building is finished as per plan.

• Project Design & Development: Setting design criteria – we can help

you specify detailed elements early in your projects . This includes num-

ber and location of power points, required air temperature, lighting lev-

els, humidity, flooring type and target running costs.

• Project Management: As a turnkey provider, project management falls

under our scope of services. To ensure your project runs smoothly your

requirements will be handled by a dedicated Project manager. Acting as a

single point of contact.

• Manufacturing facility: Elemente has its own light gauge steel frame

manufacturing facility that produces several section profiles of varying

dimensions for modular construction of building
