LOGGING INTO YOUR ACCOUNT The new Implus B2B offers a multitude of login options:

Simply let us know what stores your buyers need access to when requesting a new shop account.
If you do not already have a login, request set-up by contacting Customer Support at: [email protected].

Once you have your username and password, login by clicking “login” in the upper-right corner of any page.
Enter your login email and password on the login page. If you don’t know your login information, click Forgot username or Forgot password.

To get started with an order or view account information, select Pick a store from the user account menu.
Select or search for the store you need. If the location you’re looking for is not listed, please contact Customer Support for assistance. You can choose a different store at any time using the same steps. You can now navigate to the category you’re interested in and find your favorite brands listed.

Click any product to visit the Product Detail page where you can read product details, specifications and see more images.

SHOPPING FOR PRODUCTS
See discounted pricing, view item stock status, and select quantities as you shop. Add to your cart without extra clicks between products.
Check-out these new features on the site below:
Use the search bar on the top navigation to look for an item by name or SKU. You can click any product in the response list to jump to the product details page or click the magnifying glass to see additional results.
Preview your cart at any time by hovering over the shopping bag icon. Note that you won’t see your discounted pricing here. When you’re ready, click the icon or the View Full Cart option.
In the cart, you’ll see your discounted pricing. You’ll also have the opportunity to enter a promo code if you have an eligible offer to apply. If your account is set up on an Implus freight program, freight costs are broken down by item. View your final total on the right side of the screen. 8
SHOPPING FOR PRODUCTS
Forgot something? Use Quick Add to order more items directly from the cart. You can also change the quantity of any item in the cart.
If you add items or change quantities inside the cart, you may be asked to recalculate. This helps you get the most updated freight and promotional pricing. Just click Recalculate and your pricing information will reappear.

CONFIRM YOUR SHIPPING ADDRESS This is the store you selected to shop for when you logged in.
SELECT A SHIPPING METHOD If you are shipping on your own carrier account, your ship method will be defaulted. Contact Customer Support if this value is incorrect. For customers in an Implus freight program, you may select ground or an available expedited method.
CHOOSE A PAYMENT METHOD Credit card customers will default to credit card. If you have filled out a credit application and been approved for net terms, you may use your payment terms to checkout or opt to prepay by using a credit card. Any credit cards used in the past will be saved to your account, but you must reenter the CVC every time for your added security. If you see an old card that you no longer use, you can delete it by clicking Remove. You may also create a new card by using the Add card option.
When you have made your final selections, proceed to Checkout.

REVIEW YOUR ORDER AND ADD FINAL DETAILS All orders must be placed using a PO number. You may also select a ship date, if you do not want your order to ship immediately.
After you’ve made your selections, click Pay to finalize your order. If you have to leave your checkout for any reason, your selections will be remembered when you return, though you will have to click through each option as confirmation. You will be automatically redirected to the order details message after you submit payment.

MANAGE YOUR ACCOUNT Access your Account Dashboard and order history from anywhere on the site by selecting My account from the user menu.
On the Dashboard, you’ll see a quick view of your most recent orders and their status. Use the Company Profile link to see your account information. Contact Customer Support if any of this information is incorrect.
You can also access additional transaction history by using the menu options on the left. My orders: Open orders that have not yet shipped My invoices: Invoices for your previously shipped orders My return orders: Returns approved for your account that have not been processed My return receipts: Product returns received by Implus My credit notes: Credits issued to your account My shipments: Shipped orders with tracking information available
On any of these pages, you can search for a particular transaction or browse the list presented.

You can quickly place a reorder from the details page of any past order, shipment, or invoice.

OTHER WAYS TO ORDER From the cart, you’ll have the option to save your current order as a template.
Give your new template a name and click Save. You’ll see a message that your template was saved successfully. To access and use your new template later, navigate to your Account Dashboard and select the option for My order templates.
Select one or more of your saved templates and Add to Cart. You see a success message pop up. Once the items are in the cart, you can change items and quantities as needed. You can also delete outdated templates by using the Remove items option. The delete is immediate, so make sure this is what you want to do before selecting this button.
On any of these pages, you can search for a particular transaction or browse the list presented.

OTHER WAYS TO ORDER
You can also jump to your order templates directly from the cart while placing another order.
You’ll need to already know the item numbers you are going to order (visible on all product pages of the site or Implus brand order forms). Enter the item number in the ProductId column, with your desired Quantity in the next column. UnitOfMeasureId must always be “EA,” as shown below. VariantId is not used and may be left blank.
All order templates are store-specific. If you need to place the same order for multiple stores, you can create an upload file that can be used for each store.
Navigate to the cart on any store and scroll to the bottom of the page. All uploads must be in CSV format. You can download the sample file to get started.

OTHER WAYS TO ORDER
Save your file locally and return to the website. Drag and drop the file into the upload box or click to select from your folders. Click Upload File when finished.
You’ll receive a success message. Press View Basket to review your cart. Follow the standard checkout process through submitting payment and then switch stores to upload your file for the next location.
