Being organized does not mean being a total neat freak. It means spending less time going crazy and more time having fun.

1. Each day before you start your homework, take everything out of your backpack. Sort, trash, put things where they belong.

2. Each week clean out your locker.3. Check school supplies at home.4. Every couple of weeks, go through your

binder. Throw away anything you know you don’t need. If your not sure what to do with some of your papers, ask a teacher or other family adult for advice.
