ABOUT US

GENEAS is a company which has a diverse range of services and was founded in

2012 with the aim of providing excellent services in the field of engineering and

management . GENEAS Co mainly deals with building engineering and services .

This was pioneered by Mushahid M , who has worked extensively on TREND and

Alerton systems . The engineering team comprises of experienced and talented

engineers who are experts in BMS systems from Alerton , TREND , Siemens and

Schneider.

Since its inception in 2012, GENEAS Co has also expanded its services in the field

of education , by providing guidance and counselling to students who are interested

in pursuing higher education in the US, UK, Canada, Australia and New Zealand .

Our company has its base in Bangalore, London, Perth and Jeddah . The excellent

team of management and engineering professionals manage all kinds of projects in

engineering , management and as consultants.

GENEAS is broadly divided into the following sections:

1.Building automation ( BMS)

2. Education consultancy and guidance counselling

3. Food and hotel management

BUILDING MANAGEMENT AND AUTOMATION

BMS Systems are the future necessity and compulsory requirements of all buildings,

structures , commercial and residential units in the world .

Geneas Co undertakes BMS projects ranging from large to small scale projects . The

engineering team have worked on projects in the UK and Middle East . Geneas Co

has a team of highly skilled and dedicated engineers who can work on a range of

BMS systems like Schenider, TREND , Alerton and Siemens . We can work on any

project from the starting stage of costing and estimation to the final commissioning

and handover stage .

IELTS " Internat ional Engl ish Language Test ing System"

Mr Mushahid has scored an average of 7.5

IELTS is accepted by most Australia, British, Canadian, Irish , New

Zealand and South African academic institutions, over 3,000 academic

institutions in the US , and various professional organisations. It is also a

requirement for immigration to Australia, New Zealand and Canada.IELTS is

divided into two categories: General and Academic

General IELTS is taken for any required assessment e.g : Immigration,

Company requirements, Self assessment etc

Academic IELTS is required for admissions at any Colleges or Universities .

There are 4 sections to be considered while taking IELTS exam : Listening,

Reading, Writing and Speaking . The speaking section is usually scheduled for a

later date , most of the times , a week later at the British council venue . The

speaking section requires live general conversation with any native english

speaking examiner.

No minimum score is required to pass the test. An IELTS result orTest Report

Form is issued to all candidates with a score from "band 1" ("non-user") to

"band 9" ("expert user") and each institution sets a different threshold. There is

also a "band 0" score for those who did not attempt the test.

Scores in IELTS are generally considered average above 6 , the best being 9.

Band 6 is graded as a Competent User

Band 7 is graded as a Good User

Band 8 is graded as a Very Good User

Band 9 is graded as an Expert User of the English language

ABOUT THE FOUNDER

Mr Mushahid M has completed his MSc in Cybernetics from the University of

Reading , UK and PG Dip in Management studies from Edexcel , London . He

has worked extensively in the Building Automation sector in the UK , Middle

East and Morocco . He has also guided students and advised on career pathways

and higher education . He has participated in seminars on Education and Career

guidance across schools and colleges in India and Middle East . He is currently

working on research ( PhD ) at Curtin University , Perth , Australia . Mr

Mushahid M is a Permanent Resident of Australia .
