Surrounded by a combination of open green spaces, notable buildings and local amenities, this picturesque town boasts everything needed for modern living while retaining its unique sense of history.

Situated in the small market town of Romsey, Nightingale Court is within the heart of Hampshire. Romsey market is held three times a week in the Cornmarket and the Hampshire Farmers Market comes to Romsey throughout the year, selling local produce.

It has an extensive leisure centre and small specialist shops. The Plaza, just minutes away by foot is the local theatre, an old cinema which was bought and restored by the Romsey Amateur Operatic and Dramatic Society in the 1930s.

Within half an hour by car; Fareham, Winchester, Portsmouth and within 15 minutes from Southampton; Romsey is perfectly situated for access whilst retaining the benefits of being a smaller town.

Nightingale Court is perfectly located with a series of transport links. Romsey Rail Station is minutes from our location. From here, London Waterloo is reachable within two hours and offers direct links to Salisbury, Cardiff Central and Brighton.

Nightingale Court is within 10 miles of both the M27 and M3, providing fast links along the south coast and to London. Romsey offers 29 local bus services to choose from, meaning travelling locally is a breeze.

Southampton is one of many great starting points for discovering South Hampshire, where family attractions, parks and waterside villages are eagerly waiting to be discovered whilst the opportunity to travel further afield at ease remains.

Ranking in the top ten of shopping destinations within the UK, Southampton offers a boundless shopping experience. The selection of stores combined with quality facilities can surprise and delight even the most discerning shopper.

WestQuay is a premier shopping destination offering over 100 stores under one roof including high quality brands and department stores such as John Lewis and Marks & Spencer, with a dedicated food terrace showcasing a range of eateries.

Portsmouth is also another key location within easy travelling distance of Nightingale Court. Being the second largest city in Hampshire, Portsmouth is home to the world’s largest dry dock still in use and offers the opportunity for further retail therapy.

Gunwharf Quay hosts over 90 designer outlets such as Cath Kidston, Gap and Superdry. In addition to 30 bars and restaurants including Wagamama and Pizza Express, there is a 14 screen cinema and 26 lane bowling complex.

Nightingale Court is fitted with Photovoltaic (PV) Technology. These

panels convert daylight into electricity via PV panels/modules on the

roof. The electricity produced is connected to a consumer unit and

will power a proportion of the communial electrical requirements.

Any surplus electricity will be fed back to the grid, or supplementary

electricity will be provided via the National Grid as required.

Exit the M27 at junction 3, at the roundabout take the third exit onto the M271 to Romsey. At the roundabout at the end of the motorway take the second exit onto the A3057.

At the next roundabout take the first exit onto the A27. At the next roundabout take the second exit onto the A3090, Winchester Road. At the mini roundabout take the second exit (A3090).
