HOLIDAY HOURS AND SPECIAL CLOSINGS

BASIC Y INFORMATION - SUMMER SCHEDULE

Everyone must scan their facility access

card or check-in at the front desk before

entering the facility.

The Y intends to provide a safe

environment. Please let us know if you

witness an event that the staff needs to be

aware of or if you have a suggestion for

improvement.

Youth age 9 and below must be

accompanied by a parent or caregiver at all

times or be a participant in our Summer

Fun Club program.

Youth age 10 and above may be at the Y

without a parent or caregiver during our

summer schedule. Please note that we

do not staff youth supervisors during

the summer months.

We require that caregivers, such as

babysitters, need to be 12 years or older to

bring younger children to the Y.

In the event of severe weather conditions,

building hours, programs and classes WILL

run as scheduled.

The Y will announce any building closures

on KIOW.

There are program rates for members and

guests of the Y. Registration is required for

our programs. Register early!

We reserve the right to cancel programs or

adjust schedules due to participation.

After hours and lock-in events can be

scheduled at selected times. Please contact

Bruce Mielke to see how we might

accommodate your group.

NEW! FOREST CITY YMCA HERITAGE CLUB

We invite you to become a member of our Heritage Club. Gifts can be made to the YMCA Endowment Fund in any amount or at anytime. Donors may specify how they would like their gifts to be used. Membership in our Heritage Club is not an appeal for gifts now, but rather a request that you include the Y in your long-range plans.

YOUR GIFT GOES A LONG WAY...

All gifts to the Y are fully tax deductible due to

the Y’s 501(c)(3) recognition by the IRS.

Consider a cash donation for a specific project,

contribute to our Annual Support campaign or

submit a gift to the Endowed Scholarship Fund,

which was made possible by the generosity

and vision of Merrill G. Oleson, former

Executive Director of the Forest City Y.
