Join other community service organizations on a community service project.
Use the District and International Website for possible service ideas.
Check local periodicals for potential service projects. Contact school districts for potential service projects. Contact the local Chamber of Commerce.

completion to assist your club in award submission.
Fundraiser Ideas Apply for International Foundation Grant
Complete Service Project Budget Find local businesses who have
donation policies.

What is your time frame for the service project?
Make a Difference Day Send intent and completed
report to Altrusa International by the dates required.

Mamie L. Bass Service Award
Letha H. Brown Literacy Award
Dr. Nina Fay Calhoun International Relations Award
F O C U S These three awards must be submitted
to your District Award Coordinators by June 1st of each year.
First Place winners awarded at District Conferences are forwarded to Altrusa International Inc. to be judged. The winners are announced at the International Convention.
District and International first place winners receive a monetary award.
