FITNESS ASSESSMENT ( 1 S E S S I O N )A trainer will work with you on goal setting, history, body assessment, body fat percentage, BMI, squat assessment, and

fitness testing.

T R A I N E R O N D E M A N D ( 1 S E S S I O N )You’re ready to take the first step. Congratulations! An hour with a trainer could entail an evaluation of your squat to alleviate that knee pain, or simply a chat that finally makes clear which exercises to do and when. An hour goes by quickly, but your trainer’s expert advice will make the time an investment in your long-term health.

I N T R O TO F I T N E SS ( 3 S E S S I O N S )You don’t know where to start; heck, you’re not even sure which questions to ask. Maybe your deadlift form isn’t quite what it should be. Maybe you’re wondering whether dumbbells or bands would be best for your achy shoulders. Three sessions with a trainer can help you take your first steps on the path toward health and wellness.

T H E N E X T L E V E L ( 6 S E S S I O N S )You’ve got goals. Want to run faster? Lift heavier? Keep up with those energetic grandkids? In 6 Sessions with your trainer you will progress from where you are to where you want to be. Change is coming; invest in yourself, and you will be rewarded.

CO M M I T M E N T TO YO U ( 12 S E S S I O N S )You’re in it for the long haul. You know that goals take work and commitment. With this package, you’ll discover what the “personal” in personal training really means. You will discover how to effectively build on your progress and find the next step. Goals will be met, but more importantly, you’ll see that consistency is the most effective way to stay fit, strong, and at your best.

Groups consist of 2 -4 people. All group members must be Kroc Members to recieve member discount. Cost is listed per person.

*A health questionnaire must be completed and submitted before a fitness assesment or personal training session may be scheduled. If the questionnaire raises concerns a medical clearance form will need to be completed by your physician.
