Autumn is coming...and it is about us and how we are going to prepare for this period which is huge member’s recruitment.

We need to raise a next generation which will follow our plan and legacy.

We as MC countdown are preparing 4 parts of Energize agenda – IC bringing back, leadership in the action, How to recruit people and Functional meeting. Whole conference is open for EBs and

also Team Leaders, who are going to have their own track about team management.

How to recruit people

Goal: Delegates know how to communicate our organization and our products to the big audience or to

individuals.

Functional meeting

Goals and agenda depend on MCVP – will be communicated directly to VPs and in 2nd Delegate booklet.

2.For EBs

EB Lead

Goal: Improve leading skills of EBs

Delegates improve their management skills like time

management, delegation, effective communication etc. It

will be also about sharing different management styles.

IC bringing back

Goal: Downscale information from AI, GIS implementation

3. For Team Leaders

Leadership in the Action

Goal: Team Leaders are able to lead team to achieve their goals

Delegates learn the basis team management skills like how to handle different type of people,

tracking, delegation, and effective communication. It will be also about sharing different

management style of Team Leaders from whole Slovakia.
