NatCo is designed for Austrian and interna1onal AIESECers to find out more
about how they can implement their abili1es and skills inside AIESEC.
You will gain knowledge about AIESEC’s func1onal areas and by mee1ng AIESECers from other LCs, you will learn to understand the organisa1on’s strategic composi1on.

You have received a mailer telling you in which of the three tracks at NatCo you will be par1cipa1ng.
Each of the Team Member Track, Team Leader Track
and Execu0ve Board Track are designed to help you improve in
your current role in AIESEC.
The TM Track will focus on improving the work in and between the
func1onal areas.
You will learn to understand the key ac1ons and behaviours you should have in your posi1on and how to implement your knowledge.
Una Marin TM-‐Track Manager
The TL Track will concentrate on skills and knowledge regarding leadership and
management. You will discover yourself as a leader and learn how to engage and empower your
team members.
Anja Simic TL-‐Track Manager
The EB Track will center on the current situa1on of AIESEC in Austria
and your LC.
You will envison the upcoming term and plan next years ac1vi1es for your LC and
your FA in par1cular. Ivan Juric
EB-‐Track Manager
Our lovely JUFA hotel provides you with three meals per day and sheets for the bed.
Here‘s what we s1ll advise you to bring:
-‐ A pen and a notebook for the sessions -‐ EB Members!! Please bring your laptops!! -‐ Your ID Card and insurance card -‐ Cash!!! (there‘s no ATM nearby and you will need
money for the par0es) + 8 euro for the T-‐shirt (if you ordered one)
-‐ Fancy clothes for Gala Night -‐ Lunch for the first day ! -‐ JUFA will probably provide you with this but please
bring a towel -‐ And of course clothes for all kinds of weather,
hygiene products, phone charger, etc.
There will be a bus from Vienna.
As men1oned on applica1on form the bus will be provided according to „first
come first serve“ principle.
You will be informed by 1st of May whether you got a place in a bus.
The price of the bus will be confirmed
in a second booklet
OPTION 2: We are working hard on organising a bus that will pick up delegates who are not from Vienna at convenient place (e.g Göstling/Ybbs) and will bring
them to Hochkar, but it is not an easy task...
Public transporta1on is very tricky. Car Share would be the best op1on for you.
