International Train the Trainers

Vienna 2013

Train the Trainers (TtT) is a seminar which aims to help

participants prepare for their training experience in and outside of

AIESEC. Train the Trainers equips participants with basic training

theory, gives them a chance to try their training skills in real and

to develop them thanks to feedback parts at TtT. However Train

the Trainers does not make participants professional trainers as

this can be only achieved by intensive practicing.

Train the Trainers equips participants with basic training theory,

gives them a chance to try their training skills in reality and to

develop them thanks to the feedback sessions during the TtT. The

conference will last for 3 days and the agenda is so designed, that

the delegates will in the beginning assess their so far experience

and knowledge, receive feedback on what they need to improve,

then get theoretical input on the topic of organizing workshops,

managing audiences, body language and communication skills etc,

which they will later put into practice during simulations and

feedback sessions (still during the conference).

The sessions will be held by both Austrian and international

facilitators bringing different presentations, cultures and ways of

thinking to the conference.

Soo give it up for your FACIs!!!
