EDITO
We end 2014 with similar results to those of last year, the sign of a period of stabilisation after the many acquisitions made in the course of 2010-
2013. We have taken the time to integrate and organize our group, in a somewhat complex business environment.
While our Construction and Steel Construction activities are experiencing a difficult French market, the fine successes abroad of the Road Building
Equipment and Civil Engineering Divisions have demonstrated the relevance of the Group’s strategy based on international development.
Invest and Innovate
The systematic reinvestment of the Group’s profits, as well as our sound financial health, has allowed us to continue our proactive investments
strategy, both on our foreign implantations and on our means of production and services. After the new roadbuilding equipment plant opened in
2013 in Germany, construction has begun on two more plants in recent months, one in the US and the other in India, and we opened a new
training centre in Italy. Our research and development efforts, meanwhile, have resulted in a large number of patent filings once again this year.
We are now a widely-recognised player in major projects in France and abroad and can look to the future with confidence and determination.
The Fayat Group continues on its way, guided by its values of audacity, autonomy and commitment.

Nous achevons 2014 sur des résultats sensiblement équivalents à ceux de l’année dernière, reflets d’une période de stabilisation après les nombreuses
acquisitions qui ont marqué les années 2010-2013. Ils résultent de notre volonté d’intégrer et de structurer notre Groupe, qui évolue sur des marchés de plus
en plus complexes. Alors que les activités Bâtiment et Construction Métallique sont exposées à un marché français atone, les belles réussites à l’étranger des
divisions Matériel Routier et Travaux Publics confirment la pertinence de nos choix stratégiques, principalement axés sur le développement à l’international.
InvestIr, InnoverLe réinvestissement systématique des bénéfices du Groupe, conjugué à une santé financière solide, nous ont permis de poursuivre notre politique volontariste
d’investissements, tant au niveau de nos moyens que de nos outils de production et de services. Après la nouvelle usine de matériel routier ouverte en 2013
en Allemagne, nous avons posé les premières pierres de deux nouveaux sites aux Etats-Unis et en Inde, et ouvert un nouveau centre de formation en Italie.
Quant à nos investissements continus en recherche et développement, ils ont conduit cette année encore au dépôt de nombreux brevets.
Devenus un acteur reconnu pour les grands projets, en France comme à l’étranger, nous envisageons l’avenir avec sérénité, détermination et confiance.
Le groupe Fayat construit sa route, guidé par ses valeurs d’audace, autonomie et engagement.

Fondé en 1957 par Clément Fayat, le groupe Fayat est devenu le premier acteur indépendant français de la
construction et de l’industrie. Présent dans une centaine de pays en Europe, Asie, Afrique et Amériques,

Le 29 janvier, le Centre Hospitalier de Bergerac a choisi Cari Aquitaine pour
construire son nouveau plateau technique et un bâtiment médico-logistique.
Après démolition du bâtiment ancien, les deux bâtiments seront construits en
deux phases pour permettre la continuité de fonctionnement des Urgences.

razel-Bec remporte en février une nouvelle référence en ouvrages d’art, avec
un viaduc reliant trois stations aériennes de la future ligne B du métro de
rennes : 2 400 mètres de longs et 979 voussoirs. sefi-Intrafor réalise sur ce
même projet une tranchée couverte en paroi moulée de 1,2 km pour la
future ligne de métro.

viaduct linking three overhead stations on the future line B of the rennes metro:
2,400 metres in length with 979 spans. on the same project, sefi-Intrafor will be
handling 1.2km of cut and cover with diaphragm walls for the future metro line.

u Aéroport de bergame
Marini et Bomag se sont unis pour rénover routes et pistes d’atterrissage de
l’aéroport de Bergame (Italie), mobilisant quatre centrales d’enrobage, deux
finisseurs et huit rouleaux, dans un délai très restreint de deux semaines : une
première européenne.

u Viaduc à la Réunion
en mars, razel-Bec remporte (en groupement avec
eiffage, nGe et sAIPeM) le viaduc de la Grande
Chaloupe, situé sur la nouvelle route du Littoral à La
réunion. Long de 239 mètres et large de 29 mètres,
l’ouvrage en béton précontraint comprendra quatre
travées. C’est le deuxième viaduc construit par
l’entreprise à la réunion.

eiffage, nGe and saIpem) for the la Grande Chaloupe
road bridge on the new reunion Island Coastal road.
It is 239 metres long and 29 metres wide, built in
prestressed concrete with four spans.

Airbus industrial site
airbus remains a loyal client and has entrusted
Castel & Fromaget with construction of the new airbus
Helicopter site in le Bourget. Castel alu and sarec will
be taking part in the construction of these buildings
and adC will be supplying the overhead travelling
cranes for the new plant.

razel-Bec s’est vu attribuer en groupement le prolongement de la ligne 14 du
métro parisien, qui marque le début des travaux du Grand Paris (projet
d’aménagement et d’extension des liaisons de transports). sefi-Intrafor y
réalisera des travaux de fondations, notamment la future station
Pont Cardinet en paroi moulée.

Au début de l’été, Bvs a achevé le montage de deux
ponts roulants sur l’un des plus grands chantiers
navals turcs, et doit en livrer six autres pour la
construction du troisième pont du Bosphore à
Istanbul. Leader en turquie, Bvs exporte dans plus
de 30 pays.

overhead travelling cranes in one of turkey’s largest
shipyards and is set to deliver six more for the
construction of a third bridge over the Bosphorus
in Istanbul. Bvs is the leader in turkey and exports

Un nouveau contrat remporté par Cari Provence et
Bec Construction Provence qui construiront pour le
centre régional de lutte contre le cancer un nouveau
bâtiment de soins et un parking souterrain, sous la
certification HQe « etablissements de santé ».

Commission (Cea) in Cadarache. CHeops consists of turnkey design
and delivery of a sodium loop testing facility.

the headquarters of the L’effort remois social housing
organisation, to be delivered in mid-2015. the open

In november, satelec completed the new high and low-voltage equipment
and fire-safety wiring at the opéra Bastille in paris. the two 20,000v power-supply
stations were also replaced, with all the work being done without having to close the
opera to the public.

contrat de partenariat public-privé de 20 ans avec le Grand Lyon pour la
conception, la réalisation et le financement des travaux de mise en sécurité
et pour la gestion du Boulevard Périphérique nord de Lyon. Les travaux
seront réalisés par razel-Bec et satelec.
