Knight Frank offers a dedicated European Residential Valuations service, with specialist residential valuers based in Europe’s key countries.
Working closely with our international sales department and European network of offices, we value properties in the key locations of France, Monaco, Switzerland, Italy, Sardinia, Spain, The Balearics, Portugal and the Channel Islands. We also offer a valuation service for properties located in the Caribbean.
We have valued properties ranging from €400,000 to €200,000,000.
The type of properties we value include villas, farmhouses, châteaux, country estates, ski chalets, apartments, plots of land for residential development purposes and multi-family portfolios.
