“OUR” SEA

Hello!

We are Claire and Marion and we come from « Côte d’Opale », just opposite England…

We are 30 kilometers away from England! On the photos, you will see “our” sea, the

Channel.

It’s beautiful, isn’t it? But it's quite polluted...

These birds live on our beaches. They are threatened, their lives are at stake!!

So it is high time we did something!

LET’s STOP POLLUTING!

This is the sea, which seems beautiful on these pictures but the boats have already

polluted it a lot with oil.

The coasts are magnificent, aren’t they?

DEFORESTATION

This picture was taken in Marquenterre, in Somme. It's a national park.

In Brazil, people keep cutting trees down and deforestation alters the environment in

the Rain forests for example.

Trees disappear but fauna and flora do too. Deforestation is caused by the need for

paper and wood. Now, there are still many trees in our forests but tomorrow there

will be fewer.

Deforestation is a problem because a forest is the home, the needed natural

environment of many animal species. The forest is essential to life on our planet.

Squirrels and owls live in trees for instance. If they are left without trees, they will

disappear. There are already many endangered species in our world!

We must solve this problem soon!

This picture is a garden with a lot of trees. We like nature and we would like it to

remain the same. Grass is beautiful, it’s green, a beautiful green.

We must preserve nature, our environment. We would like to share such amazing

views with our future children and grand-children.

Our names are Florian and Jérémy.

Our everyday environment is polluted, some people have realized it, others have not.

That is why we offer you some pictures in which different places are polluted. We

want to make people think and we want to convince you that a lot is at stake!

- soil pollution.

To avoid polluting, please do not throw away your waste on the floor!

my environment. This is where where I was

born, it’s very beautiful and I don’t want anyone to spoil it!

I love this area because it is unique; there aren’t two places like that. I’m sure

that you also care for animals or nice landscapes.

Look at the little rabbits, aren’t they cute? You must protect nature and stop

consuming so much and polluting the planet!

These magnificent landscapes represent scenes we would enjoy seeing every day!

These photos were taken in Lottinghen and St. Folquin, small villages in the north of

France, near Boulogne sur Mer. We should not spoil these places.

This photo was taken in Boulogne-sur-Mer, where unfortunately the beach is quite
