ONCE SET UP, YOU WILL ONLY NEED TO REFER TO PAGES 3 & 7.ONCE SET UP, YOU WILL ONLY NEED TO REFER TO PAGES 3 & 7.

1. Go to Start, and up to Run

2. Open: CD Drive:\ Coinage\Setup\Setup.exeIf Run does not default to thisgo to Browse, CD Drive,Coinage folder, Setup, and finally Setup.exe (this will chose the pathway for setup).

3. Click OK

4. Click to install program

Please notePlease note: The Directory that the Coinage Analysis program will be placed (C:\Program Files\Coinage\). This is where you can save the “.aba” file to for easy access. If you choose another directory please take note of where it is located.

5. Click OK

(IMPORTANT: Ensure you have read the licence agreement in the CD case before installation)


1. Go to Windows Explorer, Click on Programs Folder,

and double click on the Coinage Folder

2. Right click on the Coinage icon

Go down to Create Shortcut

3. You will see the Shortcut icon appear on the screen, minimise Windows Explorer so that the desktop appears in the background. 4. Click on Shortcut icon and hold down the mouse button on the shortcut icon and drag it onto your desk top.

You will now be able to double click this icon to use Coinage Analysis

Once you double click on the Shortcut icon the Coinage Analysis program will start…..

1. Click to Importyour saved

“aba” file

2. Select folder where “.aba”file is saved (The Default is in Program Files,in the Coinage folder)

4. Click Open

This screen below will appear once the data has been imported.

5. Click OKto display

3. This information is needed for MYOB to create the ‘aba’

file, it is irrelevant in CoinageCoinage Analysis Analysis and therefore does not

need to be accurate..

1. Go to Setup, Company Information.

1. Go to Card File, click on Employee Tab, select employee and edit.

2. Click on Bank Info

4. This informationwill appear on theEmployee Detail Report in Coinage

Analysis.

5. Click on OK and enter

this informationfor all your employees.

Once this information has been entered for all employees, process your pays as normal.

3. This is the minimuminformation needed for

MYOB to create the ‘aba’ file. This information is

irrelevant in Coinage Analysis.Coinage Analysis.

1. Click on Payroll

2. Click on ElectronicPayments

3. Make surethe correctaccount is displayed.

4. Remove tick from UnprocessedPayments Only and

select PaymentsDated From and

enter today’s date.5. Click OK

6. Check selectionand if correctClick Process.

7A. You can click OK to save in yourMYOB directory. You would then need

to change the directory in Coinage Coinage AnalysisAnalysis to locate this file. OR

7B. Alternatively, double click on C, scroll down to Programs and Coinage. The file will

then appear in Coinage Analysis Coinage Analysis as in Page 3. OR

7C. Alternatively, put in a disk and changethe drive to A and OK. Then in CoinageCoinage

AnalysisAnalysis select your A drive.

IN THE NEXT STEP, CHOOSE WHICHEVER OF THE FOLLOWING THREE METHODS MAKES IT EASY FOR YOU TO LOCATE THE FILE IN COINAGE ANALYSIS.
