FULL TIME (25 hours plus) – Hours can be flexible but would include 2 early shifts starting at 7am, 2 late shifts finishing at 11pm and every other weekend (Saturday & Sunday).
PART TIME (16 -25 hours) – Hours can be flexible but would include 1 early shift starting at 7am, 1 late shift finishing at 11pm and some element of every other weekend.
NIGHTS (8 – 32 hours) – Night shifts are 11pm to 7am, based at Kendal but travelling to clients in Kendal, Windermere & Ambleside. You can work anything from one night per week up to 4 nights per week.
You must hold a full UK driving license and have access to a reliable car for all the above vacancies.

Between now and early January 2013, we need extra help in our distribution centre in Kendal.Our distribution team are responsible for picking and despatching stock against very tight deadlines for our mail order department, our 59 retail stores throughout the UK and our overseas franchised stores.These are manual jobs, therefore you need to be able to reach and bend to pick items from shelving and pallets. You need to be conscientious and accurate, with good numeracy/maths and basic keyboard skills. You should be self-motivated as well as a good team player and be able to work under pressure in a fast moving environment.Roles involve operating order picking machines. However full training will be given so no previous experience is required.
Contracts available are:• Full-time 39 hours over 5 full days per week including 1 weekend day every 2 weeks.• Part-time 32 hours over 4 full days including 1 weekend day each week.• Part-time 16 hours over 1 weekday and 1 weekend day or 2 weekend days each week.• Full-time 39 hours nights on 5 set nights to be agreed.• Part-time 35 hours nights on a 4 on 4 off rota system.Day shifts are operational between 7am - 11pm every day, apart from Sunday (currently 7am - 7pm).
