Eisenhower Center provides packaging, assembly, product rework and mail order services for business and manufacturers who need to complete short and long-term fulfillment projects.

Shrink-Wrapping Machines: • Largest machine(s) will accommodate items to

28”W X 38”L in size - backboard placement as well

• Medium machine accommodates items to 19”W X 25”L in size

• Several portable machines will accommodate smaller, more difficult products

• Conflex semi-automated shrink-wrap/heat tunnel system, which operates at 20+ pieces per minute

• All of these items can be collated, assembled, weighed, and/or counted out prior to the shrink-wrapping process

Manual Cutting: • Fabric, wire, plastic, string, rope and/or wood

Packaging: • Bulk packaging to 1000+ items • Kit packaging to 50+ different parts • Multi-kit packaging to an unlimited number of

pieces • Poly-bag, box, jiffy bag, envelope, and/or

plastic container packaging • Labeling: sticker gun, UPC labels, SKU numbers,

and/or code bar labels attached to finished product

Heat-Sealing Poly Bags: • Minimum bag size is 2” X 2” with standard sealer • Maximum bag size is 20” wide. • Titan trim sealer W/automatic salvage removal

Standard Mail Services: • Folding a letter head/business sized mailing in half,

placing a return envelope on the folded sheets, and stuffing them into a large mailing envelope

• Hole punching collated sheets • Assembling a variety of mailings and placing them

into envelopes • Sealing envelopes – adhere a business label

Subsidiary Services: Collating:

• Individual sheets into a booklet and stapling • Individual sheets and shrink-wrapping the entire set • Several different sized sheets and placing into a folder

or a 3 ring binder • A training kit (CD/DVD, manual, booklets, and

brochures) shrink-wrapping the entire kit, and placing a title label on the completed kit

• Individual sheets, adding dividers, and placing the entire set into a plastic sleeve or presentation folder
