EMPLOYEES TO FILL PA
1. Login to ESS portal Intranet :

2. Click on “PMS” tab.
3. Click on “ My Appraisal Cycle ” in “Appraisal” folder

4 . Select the form which has status “MTR – COMPLETED” and click on “Process Selected”
6.EMPLOYEE ENTERS THE ACHIEVEMENTS
7 . FILL IN THE DETAILS OF OTHER ACHIEVEMENTS / PROJECT DETAILS
8 . SELECT SUBMIT TO IS
Form status changes to “Appraisal-Submitted-IS” Form status changes to “Appraisal-Submitted-IS”
FEEDBACK ON APPRAISAL PROCESS
Employees have to give feedback on the discussion done on the achievements after the IS Approves the Achievements form
Feedback from employee regarding discussion on Achievements is mandatory
The employee will receive a system generated mail as soon as his/her IS approves the Achievements
IMPORTANT NOTES
FEEDBACK IS GIVEN WHEN THE PROCESS STATUS OF THE FORM IS
“APPRAISAL – DISC/SATIS –EE”
1. Login to ESS portal
2. Click on “PMS” tab.
3. Click on “My Appraisal Cycle ” in “Appraisal” folder

4. SELECT THE PROCESS FOR CURRENT YEAR AND CLICK PROCESS SELECTED
5. SELECT YES/NO FOR “DISCUSSION DONE” AND ALSO GIVE THE “SATISFACTION” PARAMETERS
Click on “Save Feedback”
ON SUBMISSION OF THE FEEDBACK, THE FORM THEN GOES TO THE NS AND THE PROCESS STATUS CHANGES
TO“APPRAISAL-SUBMITTED-NS“
