We take pride in providing specialty food events for our students. Some of our pastevents included Spirit Week, Apple Day, Pumpkin Decorating, International HarvestDinner, Sub Day, National Cheese Lovers’ Day, Hot Chocolate Day, Bread and SoupDay, Super Bowl Pre-Game party, Mardi Gras, Death by Chocolate, Olympics Night,Bagel Day, Spring Break Beach Party, Popcorn Bash, Easter Meal, RestaurantFavorites Night, Earth Day, Pretzel Lovers’ Day and Finals Week Snacks.

Students may choose to purchase mealsat a variety of on-campus dining hallsand retail operations including the all-you-care-to-eat buffet, conveniencestores, a full service restaurant, TakeOut location, a food truck, andStarbucks Coffee.

Dining Services is committed tosustainability by recycling,composting, purchasing local,using earth friendly chemicals forcleaning, using energy savingequipment and working with ourstudents to educate them on theimportance of our commitment tosustainability.

MU Dining has a registereddietitian available for freeconsultations. We also providegluten-free, organic, vegetarianand vegan options in many of ourdining locations.

MU Dining employs over 200 students.
