CPYHA How – To
Start by logging in…you login using the same account/profile you created to register your player(s) through NGIN for the Season.
Once logged-in you’ll see your user name at the top of your screen.
You’ll also now see a Dibs tab on the right side of our home page – new this year. That is where you can click to view all open opportunities.
Scroll to the bottom of the left – navigation – bar to see the new Volunteering Tab.
The Volunteering Page will contain any and all information you could possibly need on the topic of volunteering:
- At the top, I will maintain a Dashboard of the Opportunities – new, open, closed…- In the center of the page, are tabs for volunteer policy/requirements and much,
much more
Managing Your Dibs Account
Make sure you are logged in!Page 1 of 5
Log into www.cpyha.com Click on LOGIN (located in the upper-left corner of the cpyha.com home page Enter your (or your family’s) username and password
Check your messages! A red number by the envelope means you have messages If/when I have a problem/question with a dibs claim – this is how I will be able to reach you
Access additional options by clicking on the downward arrow next to your user name
Messages – If red, please open and read Profile – shows the players tied to your account
Dibs – this is the volunteering section
How to "claim" an item?
Log into www.cpyha.com Click on LOGIN Enter your (or your family’s) username and password
Click on DIBS in the upper right tab menu
Your session will be listed per the number of players in your family. We can now track all volunteer hours by FAMILY - no need to select for whom you are a fulfilling, all hours go into your single "family bucket".
o 1 Player: Your family has been placed in this session because you have ONE player this season. This means your family has committed to perform at least 5 volunteering hours in Concessions and 10 additional volunteering hours. If you have more than ONE player in CPYHA this season, please contact [email protected] to correct.
o 2 Player: Your family has been placed in this session because you have TWO players this season. This means your family has committed to perform at least 10 volunteering hours in Concessions and 20 additional volunteering hours. If you have more or less than TWO players in CPYHA this season, please contact [email protected] to correct.
o 2+ Players: Your family has been placed in this session because you have MORE THAN TWO players this season. This means your family has committed to perform at least 15 volunteering hours in Concessions and 25 additional volunteering hours. If you have more than THREE players in CPYHA this season, please contact [email protected] to correct.
Scroll through the opportunities, or filter by date
When you find an item that works, simply click on that item (click on the blue, underlined word)
The Item will
open and you may select "claim this DIB item"

The Family player will already be populated in the “Athlete” field
Simply complete the rest of the form and select “Claim Dib Item”
You will receive a confirmation e-mail
How to view "claimed" DIB items? (e.g. say you sign up for an opportunity online and can't remember the information)

How to Cancel A Claim: NOTE THE CANCELLATION TIME PERIOD(e.g. say you selected a duty to work and you can't make it)
Log in with your username and password
Click the down arrow next to your log in From that drop-down menu, select DIBS
Scroll to section titled “Claimed Items” Select the duty you want to cancel and
click on "cancel claim". Each task will have a stated cancellation period. Once you've cancelled the duty, this will then be put back into the pool of volunteer opportunities. If it is within the cancellation period, you must find a replacement for your claimed shift.

How to Track Completed Hours Log in with your username and password (located in the upper left
hand corner of the screen) Click the down arrow next to your
log in (located on main menu bar) From that drop-down menu, select
DIBS The Active Sessions section, near
the top of the page, will show your completion progress
The Claimed Items section lists all opportunities and their current statuso Claimed = it’s either upcoming or
awaiting “Completion Verification”
o Complete = you have fulfilled your obligation on that Dibs item and the hours have been applied to your Active Sessions Progress
Getting Credit for your completed hours
This is tricky, because we have to manually “mark as complete” each Dibs item.So, it takes a while. There will be a lag. Please be patient.
However, if it has been more than 2 weeks, feel free to “Request Completion Verification”By doing this, you will send me an email, and I can follow-up on your participation.
Log in with your username and password (located in the upper left hand corner of the screen)
Click the down arrow next to your log in (located on main menu bar)
From that drop-down menu, select DIBS Scroll to the Claimed Items section Click on the Dibs Item
o Select the first Locker Room A by clicking on that title in the left most column
o That item opens o it is still listed as Claimed vs. Completeo Click on the blue “Verify Completion”o Next window confirms that an email has been sent on
my behalf
o The dibs item will be refreshed with info regarding your completion request email
