10 minutes of strength followed by 10 minutes of stretch
60 Minutes 60 minutes of a variety of exercises, including cardio, strength,

Ab Attack Amazing core and total body strengthening. Lots of variety and

After Burn The class incorporates unique body weight exercises to work your core, and
plyometric to train cardio, while focusing on balance, agility, and flexibility.

Body Shock Excellent aerobic workout routine using a variety of equipment, with muscle

challenge and attend regularly to see results.
Cardio Fit Camp A cross training class that will keep you guessing. Changing up between circuits,
TRX, Bosu, Kettlebells, weights, core and cardio. Every week is a new adventure!
Celtic Conditioning Class is inspired by background in traditional Irish dancing and Celtic music.
Focused on a mix of cardio/interval training and leg and core strength while
sprinkling in some Irish dancing footwork.
Core Fit Exercises to strengthen your ‘core’ muscles; abdominal, back and pelvis. A
blend of strength and stretch techniques will build your core, making it easier to

workout to tone your body and mind.
Spin Up beat cardio classes. A great way to challenge yourself through drills and
skills. Look at cycling in a new light.
Step It Up An energizing start to your weekend with 50 minutes of cardio and strength
intervals for an all over body workout. Followed with core and a great stretch!
Stepping it Up Challenge yourself with this mid-week workout. Using the steps you will
challenge yourself with this class.
Stretch N Tone Program includes flexibility, core strengthening, and muscle toning to
strengthen your core, body, and abs.
Strength & Cardio Fit Camp Challenge yourself with this circuit class. Using a variety of equipment you will
increase your cardio, lose weight, and inches.
Sunrise Fit Camp A great class to wake up to - you will feel energized for the rest of the day!

Tone & Tighten Start your day with this entire body tone and tighten class. Full of fun variations

TRX Short on time? This class is for you! Core, endurance, and strength all in one.
TRX Lunch This 40 minute workout will refresh you for the rest of the day! Total body
workout, all levels welcome.
Yoga Wake up the body and target all of the places that might need a little extra
space and life breathed into them after a night of sleep. I designed this to be a
flowing sequence, allowing one pose to flow into the next.

Aqua Burn This high energy class includes a warm up, cardio, strength, and stretch
to finish it off - all to amazing music.
Aqua Cardio Cardio, Cardio, Cardio… This all level class includes a warm up, cardio,
strengthening, abs, and a cool down.
Aqua Core In the warmer pool, this core workout is non-impact, core focused, and
incorporates a variety of equipment.
Aqua Power Fit In the cooler pool, this great lunch time workout includes 45 minutes of
cardio, strength, and a cool down.
Aqua Spin fit Tethered and performing simulated spin exercises for a great butt and thigh
toning workout.
Aqua 55+ Class is taught in both pools, featuring mild cardio, strengthening,
and flexibility. All levels welcome.
Aqua Yoga Develop strength and balance with this relaxing form of aquatic exercise. Aqua
Yoga is a low-impact aquatic exercise, performing Yoga poses in warm water.
Adult Swim
Looking to work on your swimming? This drop in program is available to come
and work with others to develop your swimming skills. Saturday is an
instructed session and Monday & Wednesday evenings are self paced. Meet
swimmers in the Cowichan Valley with the same goals, enjoy some fitness, and
have fun!

Arthritic Water Orientation
Level 1
Recovering from injury or surgery, or have limited mobility? A Gentle warm up
followed by range of motion exercises, a warm down, and relaxing stretch.
Aqua Therapy
Level 2
Perfect for those living with arthritis, lower back pain, fibromyalgia or
recovering from acute illness or surgery. Includes range of motion, muscle
conditioning, and 5 - 10 minutes of gentle cardio.
Reconditioning
Level 3
If you are looking for a little more than Aqua Therapy this class is for you.
12-15 minutes of cardio followed by range of muscle conditioning,
strengthening, and a stretch.
Joint Wellness
Dryland
Gentle Dryland exercise program that includes chair exercises, strength,
mobility, balance ,and relaxation.
