Derek Dissinger is an associate with Russell, Krafft & Gruber, LLP, practicing in the areas of Banking and Finance, Real Estate (commercial and residential) and Business Law . He also represents commercial and residential landlords by drafting and reviewing leases and acts as a settlement agent for commercial and residential real estate settlements. A native of Central Pennsylvania, Derek attended Cedar Crest High School in Lebanon and Lebanon Valley College in Annville. Derek is a summa cum laude graduate of Duquesne University School of Law where he served as an Associate Comment Editor for Duquesne's Law Review and received numerous academic awards. Derek broadened his expertise by receiving his MBA from The Pennsylvania State University. As an attorney, Derek has argued before the United States Court of Appeals for the Third Circuit. He has also been a speaker at multiple Lancaster County financial institutions and events on a variety of business and real estate topics. He is a member of the Manheim Rotary Club.
