INTRODUCTION
DEE Piping Systems (DEE), incorporated as DEE Development Engineers Limited, was founded by Chairman & Managing Director Mr. K.L. Bansal along with a team of two technocrats in the year 1983.
It is driven by a simple yet powerful statement – “Make every customer a repeat customer.”
DEE primarily caters to National and Multinational OEMs of power generation equipment, Engineering, Procurement and Construction (EPC) contractors serving power generation, oil & gas, petrochemicals and other sectors.
DEE manufacturing range includes high pressure piping systems, induction pipe Bends, pipe fittings, pressure vessels, hanger & support and other tailor made fabricated components. DEE offers wide range of engineering services for advanced piping solutions.
DEE, in the past three decades has evolved in the diverse field of Piping engineering and fabrication.
Over the years, DEE has developed strong capability in Critical Piping, Induction Bending and have also ventured into new market offerings of Modular Piping.

Mr. M KannappanExecutive Director
Mr. M Kannappan is an Ex - BHEL Piping Centre
Executive Director with an experience of over 40
years. He specializes in welding technologies,
Project Management, Operations and Planning
control etc. Under his leadership the BHEL Piping
Division saw 350% growth in Turnover in just three
years, INR 7,500 Million in 2007-08 to INR 25,000
Million in 2010-11.
Mr. Atul BansalChief Executive Officer
Mr. Atul Bansal is a Mechanical Engineer with an
experience of 12 years. He heads Project
Management, Business Development and Export
Operations for the Company. He conceptualized
effective managerial and leadership techniques
at DEE. Successfully undertaken capacity
expansion and has been pivotal in evolving DEE
from a small time fabricator to a Premier
International Single Source Piping Solution Provider.

Critical Piping
CRITICAL PIPING
Critical piping is designed with very special care
and the material selected for such piping has to
withstand both high pressure and high
temperature.
Critical Piping is mainly consisting of Main Steam,
Hot Reheat, Cold Reheat, Feed Water & By-Pass
Lines and often expand due to high temperature,
thus need to have built in flexibility. Such piping
systems are governed by guidelines and
mandatory requirements.
Critical Piping Systems manufactured by DEE are
compliant with ANSI/ASME B31.1 - power piping
code, Indian Boiler Regulation (IBR) and other
industrial standards.
We offer Critical Piping in the various grades of
Carbon Steel, Alloy Steel & Stainless Steel with
diameter up to 64” (1625 mm) and thickness up to
150 mm.

engineering, shop fabrication and supply as per
ASME, DIN Indian Boiler Regulations (IBR) / other
third party inspection / approval as applicable for
carbon steel, alloy steel and stainless steel pipe
spools for power, process and Original Equipment
Manufacturers (OEM) piping systems. The
company also supplies gas and steam turbine
(on-base and off-base) piping systems.

MT/year.
