Sureclean provide a broad scope of hydroblasting services through our extensive fleet of Jetting Units and compatible specialist accessories.

Water Jetting is increasingly used by industry as an efficient and effective

technology for environmentally sensitive tank/vessel cleaning, descaling

and cold cutting operations.

Water jetting technology can be safely used in hazardous areas, is dust free

allowing other adjacent activities to continue

Ancillary vacuum equipment can be used in conjunction with water jetting

technology to contain all washings and contaminants and once filtered,

washings can be reused and contaminants disposed of as appropriate.

Sureclean also provides a camera inspection service using the latest

generation equipment to provide a visual record of inspection and

maintenance work.

Tank and Vessel CleaningOur philosophy is to minimise the risk associated with tank cleaning operations and therefore utilise a “brain over brawn” approach

Where practical - tank and vessel cleaning will be by remote cleaning / flushing techniques

Our technology includes: automated and semi automated tank cleaning heads, vacuum transfer systems and other pumping solutions

If and when confined space entry is required Sureclean’s specially trained teams utilise proven procedures and Sureclean Safe Systems of Work (SSOW) to manage the risks associated with tank cleaning and confined space entry

Vacuum Transfer and Pumping Solutions

• Specifically designed and custom-built Sureclean’s vacuum

transfer and pumping equipment is fully certified for use in

hazardous areas

• Vacuum transfer provides an innovative, safe and ergonomic

solution to the uplift and transportation, from tanks and vessels,

of many types of material ranging from dry powders, sand and

sludge to slurries

Minimising the need for entry into tanks or vessels to carry out

cleaning using more traditional means, this application forms

part of our armoury of solutions and can significantly reduce the

man-hours needed in the vessel, and consequently have a

positive impact on the hazard and risk exposure potential

To complement the firm’s extensive range of Vacuum Transfer

Systems, Sureclean also provides a range of Hydraulic and

Pneumatic Pumping Solutions including lobe pumps, archimedes

screw pumps, centrifugal pumps and peristaltic pumps

Vacuum Units Key Features ATEX and NORSOK certified Emission-compliant engines HEPA filtration option Typical Removal rate: 8-12m³/hr Airflows in excess of 3550m³/hr

Cold Cutting and Milling TechniquesThe combination of harnessed high pressure water with a sharp edged abrasive is an incredibly effective tool.

Cold Cutting is particularly effective on steel, concrete and other composite materials

Diversity of applications - tanks, vessels (retro cutting of access hatches) pipe work and reinforced concrete

Minimal mess, low water flow and little grit used

Clean, tidy cut, accurate and flexible

Magnetic and chain tracking options

Remotely operated for enhanced user safety

Recognising that cold cutting methodology using high pressure water with abrasive is not ideally suitable for all applications, Sureclean offer alternative cutting solutions using traditional milling techniques or diamond wire as the cutting media.
