Every year Sodexo dining staff has offered the students breakfast food at late night the night before finals begin. BRRRRR! It’s getting chilly out there. That must mean one thing…
winter break is here! The ladies of Buskirk have worked hard this se-
mester studying to make the grades, but it hasn’t been all work and no
play. Per usual, the RAs were hard at work planning fun events and ac-
tivities such as tie dye parties and ornament making in preparation for
the Christmas holiday. Kaley has recruited residents to play basketball
and Audrey has been recognized for the second time by HRL for her
hard work on her eye catching bulletin boards. The staff of Buskirk
wishes you luck on your exams and a happy holiday break! We look for-
ward to seeing you next semester.

TAKE A STUDY BREAK!
On December 6th your RAs and RD will be serv-ing pancakes at late night in the TTE dining hall. Come enjoy some hot off the griddle flap-jacks.
CONCENTRATE Creating a Study Environment
[1] Find a place to study and keep it for study only.
[2] Tool-up the environment with all study needs.
[3] Control noise level and the visual environ-ment to acceptable levels.
[4] Avoid relaxing while working; create a work atmosphere.
When to Study
[1] Best during the day and early evening; you'll remember better.
[2] Best when there are the fewest competing activities in progress.
[3] Best when adequate rest periods are provid-ed.
[4] Stop studying when fatigue or lack of atten-tion occurs.
R.H.A
Until December 6th, the ladies of Buskirk Hall will be taking donations as a part of the adopt-a-child program.
The child that has been given to us is a 9 year old little girl. She loves Hannah Montana, pan-da bears, and the color pink. She wears a size 8 in girls and a size 13 ½ shoe.
Donations can be dropped off at the RD’s office located behind the front desk. Please place the items you purchase in a plastic bag. Monetary do-nations will also be collected and can be placed in a jar located at the front desk.
Thank you for your generosity!

floor RA on her graduating at the end of
first semester. Although we are sad to
see her leave our staff, we know that she
has a bright future ahead of her.
Erica has been a dedicated RA for 5

“I have really enjoyed getting to meet
so many people through this position,
and forming lifelong friendships with
many people that I have met. “
On December 19th she will be starting
her full time position as a budget ana-
lyst. She is getting married on June 9,
