What does this do?
• Uses OLM data• Groups courses by subject• Reports by individual/ department/ organisation• Automatically sends reports• Combines the training needs analysis and training records
What is required to use the system?
• Microsoft Office 2007• Training recorded in OLM• Build a training needs analysis which can be defined at
department level• Decide on a distribution list
