The new diagonal loading line allows the stockplaced directly on the F160 to load automatically bli-
sters with max. dimensions mm 120x150. At the machine’s starting, F160 charges the blister automatically and starts the un-destructive blister recovery cycle; the product is re-covered by tools adaptable to every format, product and di-mension. With the new deblistering machine Sympaty F160 the product is ejected through a mechanic system without any kind of damage; this way the product can be recove-red and immediately reused or disposed of. With the de-blistering machine Sympaty F160 it is possible to deblister blisters with up 7 pocket rows; the deblistering machine F160 is equipped with all tools necessary to cut the blister covering material prior to the product ejection, thus ma-king this process easier. The ejected product slides into a hopper for its recovery, the pressed blister falls on a chute opposite to the hopper, thus getting divided. Both of them will set into transparent PET-G bins. The deblistering ma-chine F160 recovers pharmaceutical products such as hard and soft gelatine capsules, multi-shaped tablets, almonds, candies, chewing-gums and so on. La nuova de-blisteratrice Sympaty F160 si pone sul mercato con un design rivisitato e una meccanica tecnologicamente avanzata. La nuova linea di carico in diagonale permette al magazzino posto direttamente sulla F160 di caricare in automatico blister di di-
mensioni massime di mm. 120x150. Azionando la macchina, la F160 carica il blister automaticamente e avvia il ciclo di recupero non di-struttivo del blister; il prodotto viene recuperato senza danno dagli accessori che si adattano a qualsiasi formato, prodotto e dimensio-ni. Con la nuova de-blisteratrice F160 il prodotto viene espulso da un sistema meccanico senza essere in nessun modo danneggiato; in questo modo il prodotto può essere recuperato e immediatamente riconfezionato o smaltito. Con la de-blisteratrice Sympaty F160 è pos-
tagliare la copertura dei blister prima dell’espulsione del prodotto facilitando così l’uscita del prodotto. Il prodotto de-blisterato scivola in una tramoggia per essere recuperato, il blister pressato cade su uno scivolo dalla parte opposta della tramoggia dividendosi così dal prodotto. Entrambi andranno ad alloggiarsi in vaschette in PET-G trasparente. La de-blisteratrice Sympaty F160 recupera prodotti farma-ceutici come capsule in gelatina dura e molle, compresse di tutte le forme, confetti, caramelle, chewing gum e altro. La de-blisteratrice Sympaty F160 de-blistera blister in materiale plastico e alu-alu con coperture in alluminio crudo o altro materiale non ad alta resistenza.
