The Dasicon Main Menu

• In the Main Menu You select the desired function by clicking the buttons.

• Or, use the pull-down menus (Archive, Tools, Help)

The Customer file

• Customers and references that are recurring can be found in the Customer file.

• This simplifies and makes the registration quicker.

References

• Several persons can be registered as references for one customer.

Basic Tender Data

• The basic data for the tender are displayed in the upper part of the form.

• You can select the type of form You want to use for entering the job specifications.

• All kinds of job can be entered in the Common Specification.

• Or, use the specialized forms for Drilling, Sawing and Demolition can be used.

Common specification

• Type of drilling, number of holes, dimension and thickness has to be specified.

• The program calculates time and price for the job based on its built-in standard conditions.

• Type of sawing, quantity, dimension and thickness has to be specified

• The program calculates time and price for the job based on its built-in standard conditions.

• Type of demolition, quantity and dimension and thickness has to be specified.

• The program calculates time and price for the job based on its built-in standard conditions.

• By adjusting the Job Conditions to the current situation You get a proper time and price for the job.

• Time and price is recalculated immediately whenever Job Conditions are changed.

• The Tender summary gives an overview of the whole Tender

• Adjusting markups for Profit as well as rounding of the Tender amount can be made here.

• The Tender text is modifiable.
