Right in the heart of South Wales, Swansea is the seaside city that is home to our Junior Summer Programme.

Swansea is a safe and friendly Welsh town, which is 50 minutes fromCardiff International Airport.

Wales was voted the best youth travel destination in the UK (BYTA,2016), and the gower is home to the breathtaking Rhossili Bay, whichwas voted one of the top 10 beaches in the world (Suitcase, 2017). It isperfect for junior learners who want an exciting language adventure.

Junior Summer School

Our General English summer programme isespecially tailored towards giving young learners theconfidence to succeed in English. Through engaginglessons every morning with activities and excursionsin the afternoon they will experience British culture ina safe environment.

Make the most of Swansea and add our active CSL Summer Sports Programme.

Price includes

• 17 hours of General English per week Monday – Friday

• 5 afternoon activities per week

• Family homestay accommodation

Combine our exciting Summer Sports Programme with your English learning.

Go kayaking across Swansea bay witha professional instructor.

See Swansea from the sea, and learnhow to paddle board.

Player and goalkeeper coaching,training and matches at world-classsports facilities.

Professional tennis coaching at theSwansea Tennis and Lawn club.

• First team facilities (3G surface)

• All water sport activities last for onehour, and include a professionalinstructor and wetsuit hire.

Our Facilities

City School of Languages is based in a beautiful 1920s art decobuilding.

Our bright classrooms include top-of-the-range interactivewhiteboards and speakers to enhance the learning experience.

Students also have access to; unlimited free Wi-Fi, common-roomwith TVs and Xbox to socialise and relax with friends, and adedicated computer lab.

Homestay

Immerse yourself in British culture.

Our homestay accommodation has been carefully selectedto suit the needs of our younger students. Practise yourEnglish with an experienced homestay provider, and learnabout what it’s like to live in the UK.

Each student will receive full board accommodation for theduration of their stay. All of our homestay providers havebeen DBS checked according to British Council Accreditation.
