Customer requirementsCustomers do not need to bring anything with them, however it is advisable that suitable clothes are worn and no bangles or bracelets are worn that could restrict wrist movement.

This Industry qualification in Barista Skills is designed for those that currently work, or wish to work as a barista.

You don't need any experience and you might already be working in the hospitality industry, but it's not a requirement to take this qualification.
