Energetic music. Costumers need

to touch the product.

We tend to walk on the left.

Young women are the customers and workers.

Underwear for women. Everything is accessible. Same image as

Calzedonia (then I realize that they are from the same owner).

I came in the store because of the TV advertisement but I didn´t like the store, is not a nice atmosphere, the white color all over the store make you feel in a cold place.

Cosmetics and organic clothing.

Nice smell and relaxing music.

The store colors have the same color that the logo and uniform.

The cash register is “hide”.

Adventure store: clothing, backpack, tents…

No music. Dark floor that

contrast with the products.

Really good show fronts.

Very good service.

Accesories store. Customers are

young women. The customers

spend at least 5-10 min at least.

Most of the time browsing instead of buying.

Very crowded.

Games store. All the workers are

young men. Most of the

customers are men. Very crowded. Most of the

customers are men. Wood floor. Pop Spanish music. Very good service.
