What is Celebrating Performance?• Celebrating Performance is Accenture’s global recognition

program that was launched in January 2007

• All employees can recognize their colleagues’ high performance via e-cards and e-certificates. Additionally, Budget Holders* have the ability to reward high performance with points that can later be used by the recipient to purchase merchandise from country-specific catalogs

• All rewards and recognitions are based on Performance Factors specific to your level and workforce

*Budget Holders are those listed as Objectives Reviewers in myPerformance. If there is no Objective reviewer listed, it defaults to the employee’s Career Counselor in SAP.
