    Basic Rules

    2. In many situations, COFFOR does not require any

    additional rebar in current portion of the walls. In

    some situations, additional rebar is necessary

    3. With COFFOR, rebar is inserted after panels are inplace.

    4. Vertical rebar is grouped by pair and inserted afterhorizontal rebar

    1. Calculations must be made by the Civil Engineer incharge of the project

    Vertical fastening every 1,50 m is sufficient

    1. Placement of the panels over the starter bar

    2. Insertion of horizontal rebar (if necessary) on the connectors

    3. Fastening of horizontal rebar to the vertical C channels

    4. Insertion of vertical rebar (if necessary) aligned with the starter

    bar and fastened to the horizontal rebar

    REINFORCEMENT

    OF WINDOWS (AND DOORS)

    1. Placement of COFFOR panels for walls and bottom of window

    2. Lintel is placed on a wooden board and tied with steel wire

    3. Vertical rebar is inserted and fastened

    4. Horizontal rebar is inserted over the window(or door) and fastened

    5. U bar is inserted to connect with horizontal rebar and vertical rebar

    6. Wooden frame are placed to allow proper concreting
