You’ll probably be responsible for Copywriting + Media planning and buying
+ Social Strategy + Business Strategy + Salesmanship + Presenting and
training + Understanding new updates and tech + Managing tools (CRM,
listening, scheduling etc) + Community management + Managing clients and
stakeholders + Project management (briefing, budget management, admin etc)
+ Production (design, video shoots, photoshoots etc) + PR (events coverage,
live coverage etc) + Crisis management + Influencer management + Reporting
and analytics… and we’ve probably missed a few.

4. We have to futureproof ourselves
● Employer Brand will start dominating the social sphere as talent shortage
hits.
● As we move to prove tech capabilities we will start be more experimental
with the formats and the way we reach people, mimicking consumer
brands.
● Internal SME’s will start being positioned as influencers and learn their
power in the space. Right now a lot of employees don’t understand the
power they have in the social sphere and as they get more tech literate
the next wave of CEOs will be there. NOT like Deciem.
