2010 as Distribution/Trading Company specialized in Industrial AC &

DC Systems such as Un-Interrupted Power Supply System (UPS),

Rectifiers/Chargers, Batteries, Manufactured by BENNING conversion

d’energie.

Today APSPE is a full fledge staging facility for various control system

cabinets and a strong reliable distributor / Channel Partner with local

Competence Centre for BENNING AC & DC Systems, FreeWave

Technologies Wireless Solutions, Systems SUNLIGHT Lead Acid

Batteries, Trina Solar Solar Panels and The MICHA for Solar Charge

Controllers having offices in Dubai UAE, Al-Khobar Saudi Arabia and

India focused on Quality Assurance Solutions/Products and

Operational Excellence in delivering in a timely manner by local

presence.

In 2011 expanded into Integration/Installation of RTU/FS PLC/ESD

Cabinets, Wireless System for CP RMU and Photovoltaic (Solar)

Systems for manufacturers like FREEWAVE Technologies, Trina

Solar, Systems SUNLIGHT S.A. and The Micha Design Company.

In 2013 launched a manufacturing Industry in Hyderabad, Telangana

India, under supervision of BENNING. to manufacturing of glass

reinforced polyester enclosures and kiosks for application in the

electrical industry.

APSPE established its office in Dubai as Head Office in 2014 to cater

vast Oil & Gas market in Middle East with a aim of globally aware and

locally present.

AC & DC System – Tasks we Perform….

Rectifiers/UPS/Inverters/DC Panel/Battery Bank • Conduct Site Survey

• Laying of Cable & Conduits

• Install Equipment

• Interconnection of Cables crimping/lugging

• Check out and verify proper operation of battery charger with supplied

instructions

• Set and verify battery Low, High, and Ground Alarm functions

• Verify circuit breaker shunt trip function (battery isolator).

• Verify all volt/amp meters are calibrated and correct.

• Battery racks and battery cells Installation

• Test and record battery cell inter-cell connector resistance per IEEE-

484.

• Initial battery filling and charging as recommended by the manufacturer.

• Document initial charging of battery

• Verify that the battery has had an equalizing charge completed more

than 3 days and less than 7 days prior to the start of the test

• Read and record the specific gravity and float voltage of each cell just

prior to the test.

• Read and record the temperature of the battery electrolyte for an

average temperature (suggested every sixth cell)

• Read and record the battery terminal float voltage

• Disconnect the charger from the battery.

• Take adequate precautions to ensure that a failure will not jeopardize

other systems or equipment.

• Providing Load bank with variac to provide constant current discharge

sized to battery capacity, D. C. ammeter, D. C. voltmeter, and timing

clock.

• Discharge the battery at its rated current for its rated time.

• Record cell voltage, and battery voltage, at the intervals specified with

the load applied.


Photovotaic System – Tasks we Perform….

deliver to buyer site.

• supply complete Photovoltaic (SOLAR) System Solar Off grid / On grid

Manufactory• Through the expertise of our engineering design team and our

polyester reinforcement technology, APSPE can manufacture

technical fiberglass products that comply with international

standards.

• Our manufacturing facilities cover an area of 130,000 sq. ft. and are spread

across three production units. These production units work cohesively at

different stages of the production cycle.

• We have the infrastructure and capability to manufacture by contact

molding, injection molding and cold press molding. The manufacturing is

carried out in a dust free air-conditioned environment to ensure quality

consistency. The high quality of our products is also credited to the in-

house design and production of our molds.

• Our engineering design team develops our molds by factoring in client

specifications and technical functionality & reliability. Storage, maintenance

and replacement of molds are carried out periodically to ensure the quality

of our products. Our vast inventory of molds allows us to have a wide

range of sizes for our products; which we are confident will meet any client

requirements.

• We follow a strict quality control policy that is implemented by our Quality

Control department. Our quality control procedures adhere to the IMS

(Integrated Management System) standard.

• Not only are our products tested by independent testing centers, we test

our products in-house for water proofing, tensile & flexural strength,

hardness and weight. Quality is one of GRP Industries’ USP and an

attribute that our clients rely on.
