About Us

We are a non-denominational church; Meaning we’re a

local community of believers unified through faith in Christ.

We are committed to the teachings of Christ and we seek

to spread the love of the God to the world through

knowing Him and making Him known.

Our purpose: Build families to make an impact.

Dr. Benjamin F. Andrew

Dr. Ben Andrew, Ed.D is a U.S. Navy Veteran with over 15 years

experience, driving dramatic results in various leadership capacities.

As a professional he’s worked with notable organizations such as the

County of Riverside – California, Jacobs Technology, NASA, BAE

Systems and the Department of the Navy.

He holds a Masters degree of Business Administration (Strayer

University), a Masters degree in Theological Studies (Liberty

University), and is a Doctor of Education (Ed.D) with emphasis in

Organizational Development (Grand Canyon University). His

doctoral research focused on the emotion management of military

Veterans transitioning to the civilian workforce. He is an

entrepreneur, author, organizational leadership consultant and the

Pastor of Encouragement Church.

Dr. Andrew is married to his wonderful wife Ceirra and they parent 3

boys, Ben Jr., Bradley and Ethan. The Andrew family resides in the

great city of Lake Elsinore, CA . His goal for the church is to make an

impact that will continually change lives for the better.

Vision

The vision of Encouragement Church is to be a growing,

vibrant, Christ-centered gathering place, where people

from all walks of life can be inspired to win, and

challenged to make a Godly impact on society.

Community Engagement Plans

EC will proactively engage the communities of which we are located. With the

influx of residences in the Inland Empire, one of our purposes is to evangelize the

locality. In addition to spreading the Love of Jesus Christ, we plan to further

engage by:

Conducting community clean up efforts

Working to engage our senior citizens

Hosting FREE professional development seminars

Supporting our veterans deployed and on home front

Hosting FREE home buying classes

Increasing volunteer efforts throughout the local area

Establish a vibrant social media/ online presence

Request information of those who wish to become partners

Develop a team of partners to establish the foundation of the church

Discuss the vision and the mission of EC

Conduct EC Bible Study sessions

Make preparations and plans for the first EC Service

Culture of Health Physical – The physically well person strives to practice eating

healthy, exercising often and sustaining a consistent pattern of

making better health choices.

Spiritual – The spiritually well person hones their ability to rely on

GOD for all spiritual needs and foundation.

Economical- A economically well person is fully aware of their

current economic state. They set long and short-term goals

regarding finances that will allow them to reach their personal

goals and achieve self-defined financial success.

Social - The socially well person strives to relate, understand

and connect with other people in our world. Our ability to

establish and maintain positive relationships with family, friends

and co-workers contributes to our own social wellness.

Emotional - The emotionally well person strives to understand

cope with the challenges life can bring. They are aware of their

own emotions as well as how their actions impact others.

Cultural - The culturally well person strives to better understand

and respect the cultures of others by appreciating their

experiences and valuing their cultural contributions.

Conclusion

Encouragement Church won’t be a church that judges people. Everyone has a

past but more importantly everyone has a FUTURE. Everyone has a PURPOSE.

We believe people are who they are for a reason. At EC, we’ll leave the

judgement to God and we’ll specialize in loving. We’ll be known by our love.
