Communication is process of exchanging information, ideas, thoughts, feelings and emotions through speech, signals, writing or behaviour. In general communication is means of connecting people or place. Communication process is complete once the receiver has understood the message of the sender. Effective communication is 20% what you know and 80% how you feel about what you know.
