Re: Pet Policy and fees

Dear Valued Residents:

As you know, we love having you and your pets at Colonial Properties!

Bringing a pet into your apartment home does come with responsibility.

Per your lease agreement, the pet fee is currently $350 per pet with a

limit of 2 per apartment. You are responsible for registering your pet

before bringing it into your apartment. Effective 8/1/11, if you tell us

you have a pet, the pet fees will remain the same, however if we tell

you that you have a pet (i.e. if a pet is found in your apartment that

has not been registered with the office), there will be a $150 finder’s

fee due (per pet) in addition to the standard pet fee. Remember that

visiting pets are not allowed and are subject to all pet fees. If you do

have an unauthorized pet, please come to your properties office to

register your pet before August 1st 2011 to avoid paying the finder’s fee

in addition to the pet fee.

clutter. We will remove all items and charge $100 for each item.

• ALL MINORS MUST be accompanied by an adult throughout the com-

munity. They MAY NOT be in the clubhouse, gym, pool or

computer areas unsupervised!!!

• Please remember to follow all pool rules. No swimming in the fountain,

no glass in the pool area, no drinks in the pool, and the pool closes at

dusk.

Onion Burgers Time: 20 minutes Cook Time: 16 minutes Total Time: 36 minutes

Ingredients:

2 lb. lean ground beef

1 envelope dry onion soup mix OR 5 Tbsp. Homemade Onion Soup Mix

1/2 cup tomato sauce 8 hamburger buns, split

4 Tbsp. butter, softened

8 slices Swiss cheese

8 slices tomatoes

Preparation:

Prepare and heat grill. In large bowl, combine ground beef, soup mix, and to-

mato sauce and gently mix. Shape into eight patties. Cook 4-6" from medium coals for 14-19 minutes until thoroughly cooked, 160 degrees on a meat ther-

mometer, turning once.

Spread cut sides of buns with butter, then grill just as the burgers are finishing.

Serve burgers with cheese, tomatoes, and other traditional toppings on ham-
